The Goal of the SunCoast School of Real Estate is to deliver outstanding value with convenient, 24/7 on-demand education for its students.
The SunCoast School of Real Estate provides Online Learning at it’s best in partnership with Dearborn REcampus, a well established, state of the art Online course platform. The school curriculum is designed around Florida real estate Pre-licensing, Post-licensing, Continuing Education and Exam Preparation. We also offer Online Professional Development courses for Home Inspectors as well. In addition, there are numerous course books available for purchase as supporting materials.
The school was founded by Mr. Thomas J. Irimescu to be a cost effective alternative to the competition. Mr. Irimescu was first licensed in real estate in 1977. He currently owns and operates AgentPurple Realty LLC as managing broker. Tom is licensed as a Real Estate School Instructor and serves as the Instructor On-Call for the SunCoast School of Real Estate.
